It has been more than 50 days since the historical struggle of the Iranian nation with tyranny has entered a new stage and the liberal and progressive movement of the Iranian people with the code name Mahsa Amini has made its final decision to end 44 years of killing, crime, corruption and brutal repression of the Islamic Republic.
Although the Islamic Republic has tried to silence the voice of the Iranian people with government murders, kidnappings, hostage-taking, torture, forced confessions and imprisonment of thousands of people in the past days, in practice, no barrier has been able to stop this raging flood of people.
According to independent human rights organizations, more than 280 people have been killed during the protests by the security forces of the Islamic Republic, of which 40 are children. More than 15,000 protestors, civil activists, journalists, artists, athletes, doctors and lawyers have been imprisoned with complete violence and without going through any legal process.
Holding mass and show courts and issuing martial law is a part of the criminal struggle of this medieval government to deal with protests and remain in power. A power of which there is nothing left but a pile of ashes.
Despite the threats and statements of the commander of the Revolutionary Guards about the end of the protests, people came to the streets all over the country and challenged the integrity of this criminal government with the slogan of women, life and freedom.
The Islamic Republic has completely lost its legitimacy and its widespread inefficiency and corruption are obvious to everyone. Iran's future vision after the Islamic Republic is a national, independent and secular government based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
We, a group of Iranians living in Austria, by declaring solidarity with the Iranian people and demanding their rights, condemn the killing and repression of the disgraceful Islamic Republic with all our might. We say no to any death sentence (government murder) and we will be the voice of all prisoners in prison and we will not let their call for freedom be silenced.
Our demands are as follows:
1. Immediate expulsion of ambassadors and diplomats of the Islamic Republic from all countries of the world
2. Immediate action to register and confiscate the property and assets of the officials of the Islamic Republic and their dependents abroad who have played a role in systematic corruption, repression, imprisonment and killing of defenseless people.
3. prosecuting and legal pursuit of all human rights violators in the past 44 years
4. Immediate and unconditional release of all political and ideological prisoners
5. Holding a special meeting of the United Nations Human Rights Council in connection with the clear violation of human rights in Iran
6. Formation of an independent fact-finding commission to investigate the dimensions of violence, killing and brutal suppression of protesters in Iran
7. Immediate expulsion of the Islamic Republic from the United Nations Commission on Women
